By the completion of this course, you will be able to recognize the purpose of post-permanency supports and explain the eligibility requirements, application processes, and key components of post-permanency supports within the Guardianship Assistance Program (GAP) and the Adoption Support Program. You will enhance your understanding of how these supports are utilized to support children, youth and families, post-permanency, through real-world case scenarios.
