CaRES Special Events: Caregivers - Youth and Family Meetings

Please join us for a session with DCYF Child Welfare Meetings Program Manager, Sarah McCamant. She will provide an overview of practice changes for Youth and Family Meetings (formally Family Team Decision Making and Shared Planning Meetings) from the lens of a caregiver. YFMs occur at different points during involvement with the agency and bring together families, caregivers, relatives, and professionals in a collaborative setting to plan for child/youth safety, stability, well-being, connections and belonging, and permanency.
