This training equips care givers, case managers, and child-serving professionals with practical, evidence-informed tools to support emotional and sensory self-regulation, for adults and children alike. Participants will learn to recognize signs of regulation and dysregulation, and to identify common triggers and challenges; an array of effective brain break strategies using movement, sensory-based supports, and mindfulness practices will be featured. The session emphasizes practical implementation to strengthen co-regulation, provides easy tools, and supports improved regulated participation across daily routines.
