The Office of Tribal Relations (OTR) of the Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) is excited to host the 7th Annual Indigenous Children, Youth & Families (ICYF) conference. This free, virtual conference will take place Nov. 4-5, 2026, and is open to Tribal Nations and partners, DCYF staff, caregivers and professionals serving Native children and families. This year’s theme – The Path Forward: Connection, Healing, and Resilience – invites participants to explore the question: “How do we move forward toward healing and positive change while remaining connected with one another?”

The conference will feature community leaders, subject matter experts, and advocates who are actively creating pathways toward positive change in their communities and across the Northwest. OTR is honored to virtually host this inspiring group of Tribal leaders, organizations, and community partners working to strengthen connection, advance healing, and build resilience for Native children, youth, and families.
